DecisionRadar is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed under this notice.

Data Retention
Personal data will be retained as long as it is necessary to serve the purposes for which it was collected. Once the purposes are fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted unless retention is required by law.
Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred to countries outside India. Such transfers are conducted in compliance with the DPDPA and applicable international data-transfer agreements. Data Principals will be informed of any such transfers.

Our briefs are generated from publicly available professional information about companies and individuals. If you appear in a report and want your information corrected or removed, email hello@decisionradar.in, and we will act on your request within 30 days.
Artificial Intelligence-Generated Sales Intelligence
DecisionRadar uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI service providers, to generate sales-intelligence briefs based on publicly available information about companies and business contacts, user-provided inputs, and permitted third-party sources. We use this information only to provide and improve the Service, subject to applicable law and source terms.
Generated insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should be independently verified before business use. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Search queries and generated reports may be processed by service providers solely to deliver the requested service and are not used to train third-party AI models beyond service delivery.
Updates & Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data-processing practices or applicable laws. Data Principals will be notified of any material changes through our website or direct communication.
